PET POLICY:
You're welcome to have up to two furry friends! We have a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 and a monthly pet fee of $50. Whether you have a dog or a cat, they're both equally welcome here!

UTILITIES & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tenants are responsible for electricity and will be billed a $50/month utility fee for water, sewer, and trash.

TENANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Combined gross income of at least 3x the rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 620), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There's a $45 application fee per adult (and cosigner). Each adult (and cosigner) must submit a separate application.
