UTILITIES & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tenants pay the electricity and a $100/month utility fee for water, sewer, trash, gas, and lawn care.

TENANT QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have a gross income of at least 3 times the rent (unemployment income excluded). We review credit (minimum score 620), criminal background, rental history, and references.

There's a $45 application fee for each adult and cosigner (if applicable). Each must submit a separate application.
